Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sandbox Technologies INC.(“Sandbox Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you access or use Radius, our website, desktop application, downloads, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. If you use Radius for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and should promptly notify us if you believe it has been accessed without authorization.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and use the Service for its intended purpose. Radius is a browser and workspace for developers; it is not a substitute for your own review, judgment, or security practices.

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property. These Terms do not limit any rights granted to you under applicable open-source licenses.

Radius is designed to keep projects, worktrees, browser state, terminal sessions, and agent state on your device by default. You retain your rights in the code, content, prompts, and other materials you provide or access through the Service.

You give us only the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. More detail about how we process personal data is in our Privacy Notice.

Radius can help you use third-party websites, coding agents, model providers, integrations, and extensions. When you choose to connect or use one, its own terms, privacy notice, availability, and charges may apply. You are responsible for reviewing those terms and for ensuring you have permission to use your account, credentials, code, and content with that provider.

Agent output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use. Review code, commands, changes, and other output before relying on it or using it in production. Do not use Radius or agent output as the sole basis for decisions that could materially affect a person’s rights, safety, employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, healthcare, or legal status.

You may not use the Service to:

• break the law or violate another person’s rights, privacy, or intellectual property;
• interfere with the Service, evade security controls, or access accounts or systems without permission;
• introduce malware, abuse the Service, or use it to send spam, fraud, or deceptive content;
• misrepresent who you are or use another person’s account or credentials without authorization; or
• use the Service in a way that could harm people, systems, or the availability of the Service.

We welcome feedback. If you send us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback, you give us permission to use it without restriction or compensation, including to improve Radius. Please do not send confidential information you do not want us to receive.

Radius will evolve. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may change these Terms when necessary. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, may provide additional notice through the Service, website, or the email associated with your account. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

We aim to make Radius reliable, but the Service may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandbox Technologies and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using Radius at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Service when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, when necessary to protect users or the Service, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and these terms of use.
